1、定位:按花纹铝板需要裁切尺寸，调整好定位装置，合理确定各边修边量。

2、裁切:先将花纹铝板置于纵切机上裁切长边，然后再进入横切裁切短边。
2. Cutting: first place the figured aluminum plate on the slitter to cut the long side, then enter the cross cutting to cut the short side.
3、清扫:裁切完毕后，操作员用毛刷将板面清扫干净，花纹铝板堆放整齐。

4、送到发运处:用叉车将花纹铝板送到了至发运处，进行印字包装。

5、贴标识:按工艺要求在成品板右下角粘贴产品合格证，品质保证和产品色标等标识。

6、入库:用叉车将成品板送入指定位置，并填写产品入库登记卡。
