1、非金属压痕

2. Slip injury
定义:由于边缘与表面或表面与表面接触之间的相对滑动或错位而形成的划痕
Definition: scratches caused by relative sliding or dislocation between edges and surfaces or between surfaces
主要原因:在加工和生产过程中,板带与导轨和设备接触时,会产生相对摩擦和划痕。冷轧卷板端面未对齐,竖炉退火和翻转造成错位和层间干扰。间歇性划痕,冷轧时张力不当,退火时层间错位,都会造成划痕。不适当的整理批准或摊铺操作会导致板间滑动和划痕。

3、碰伤
3. Bruise
定义:铝卷或铝卷与另一物体碰撞后,板或带的表面或端面被划伤,大部分金属从凹槽边缘突出。

定义:弯曲板材后产生的变形折叠。主要原因:多辊矫直机送料不正,薄板受到翻转折叠。堆叠纸张时受力不平衡。

定义:卷芯严重变形,卷形不圆。主要原因:张力不足,外压,铁芯强度低,压接过程中无铁芯线圈退火产生。

定义:由于层与端面层之间的不规则运动而导致带钢端面不平整。主要原因有钢坯不均匀、轧机放卷和卷取张力控制不当、压下量和套筒移动不均匀、校平辊调整不当、卷取过程中对中系统异常、辊系平整度差等。
