铝板的热变形条件包括变形温度、变形速度及热变形量。同一合金在不同热变形条件下进行高温变形热处理将有不同的效果。

1、铝板变形温度愈高(选择温度时须考虑该合金的塑性区),动态回复愈易进行,金属中的储能愈少,再结晶愈困难,因而提高变形温度对高温形变热处理有利。

2、铝板变形速度愈快,位错的组合过程愈难进行,影响动态回复过程中亚晶的形成。因而为了提高高温形变热处理效果,应降低变形速度。在所有常规压力加工方法中,挤压变形的速度相对较低,采用挤压更易实现高温形变热处理。在同样的变形温度及变形速度条件下,变形程度愈大,金属中变形储能愈多,对再结晶过程有利,因而对高温形变热处理有不利的影响。
2. The faster the deformation speed of aluminum plate, the more difficult the dislocation combination process is, which affects the formation of subgrain in the dynamic recovery process.
