拉丝工艺是一种新型的铝板表面处理工艺,主要以铝材、铝板为基材,采用拉丝轮、拉丝砂带或尼龙环带对表面进行拉出所需的纹理,拉丝工艺经过压型、滚涂等多种化学处理而成,具有表面色泽光亮、均匀、时尚感强,给人以强烈的视觉冲击的特点。拉丝处理是要在冲压之后再做的,拉丝可根据装饰需要,制成直纹、乱纹、螺纹、波纹和旋纹等几种。
