铝卷加工工艺要注意体现哪些效果?

硅对硬质合金有腐蚀效果。虽然一般将超越12%Si的铝合金称为高硅铝合金,彩涂铝卷引荐运用金刚石刀具,但这不是肯定的,硅含量逐步增多对刀具的损坏力也逐步加大。因此有些厂商在硅含量超越8%时就引荐运用金刚石刀具。

刀具的容屑空间要大,一般建议用2齿,前角、后角要大(如12°-14°,包含端齿后角)。
