(1)钳口夹持质量对5052铝板拉伸品质起着决定性的作用,钳口的均匀夹持使板材纵向每一个单元都被拉伸到等量长度,从而实现均匀拉伸,起到了对板材的矫直作用。

(2)拉伸机机架的刚度与预变形补偿的影响:由于板材拉伸机的两个拉力缸 等量安置在两侧,对于横截面越大的板材,在拉伸过程中机架产生的变形也越大。因此,拉伸机机架应保持更大的刚度,设计与制造中应考虑机架预变形偿,以克服和补偿拉伸过程中机架产生的变形。
(2) Influence of frame stiffness and pre deformation compensation: because the two tension cylinders of the plate drawing machine are equally placed on both sides, the larger the cross section of the plate, the greater the deformation of the frame during the drawing process. (4)实践证明,长度相对小一些,宽度相对大一些的板材,其横向展平效果 条件之一要好得多。生产中应选择宽、长比大一些的工艺方案。

(5)对淬火后变形较大的板材,应利用辊式矫直机初步矫平,而后在拉伸机上进行终的精矫平。

(6)由于拉伸机的主要作用是消除板材的残余应力,以纵向小变形量的塑性 变形过程为主,因而对纵向有更好的矫直作用,对横向平直度的改善能力非常有限。
