对于铝板状态我们按照全硬、半硬、软态来进行区分,通常的软态主要是指铝板O态,全硬的折弯效果基本不太行,在铝板状态里一般H18、H19、H38等都是全硬的,半硬状态的铝板基本上都可以折,H24的也就是半硬的。

O态的折弯一般是没什么问题,不过由于该状态铝板太软,我们一般很少用这种状态的铝板来进行折弯,同时我们在选择铝板时还要注意纯铝板和合金铝板的区分,一般纯铝的硬度都不会太高,具体到纯铝折弯可以用1100、1050、1060等,建议用1100H26的。

合金铝板硬度会好一点,一般可以用3003、3005、5052等半硬状态的铝板来折弯。如果用6061、2024、7075由于硬度太高,特别是T6状态的更是,应该折弯不了,除非你加温再折,好铝板与差铝板的区别是氧化性能、公差、表面效果、晶精度及均匀稳定性等有区别的,单单折弯效果区别不大, 如果铝板表面做烤漆的话质量不建议用太好的,可以考虑用3003-H26、3005H24或5052H34的。
