1、接口设计与密封胶位移能力不匹配

铝板的热膨胀系数较大,当温差较大时,铝板的热胀冷缩容易导致未固化完全的密封胶表面出现起鼓现象,特别是横向接缝。起鼓现象发生时由于密封胶内部是实心的,不会对密封效果造成影响,主要是针对这种现象,可采取分两次施胶的解决办法,或者是在环境温度较为恒定的时段进行施胶作业。
